Abstract

The quality of food supply chain management involves multiple key factors,including supplier selection and review,traceability system construction,and quality control measures.To improve the quality of food supply chain management,this article proposes corresponding strategies aimed at enhancing consumer trust and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
