Study on Determination of β-agonist Residues in Beef by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
This study used high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to analyze three types of compounds in beef β-agonist residues salbutamol,ractopamine,and clenbuterol were detected,with a focus on enzymatic extraction and purification optimization experiments.The results showed that this method has a good linear relationship and a high spiked recovery rate.It can detect the residue of"clenbuterol"in beef and can provide reference for relevant people in the detection of β-agonist residue in meats.
