Determination of Ursolic Acid and Oleanolic Acid in Papaya by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
This paper used ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph(LC-30A)and triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(LCMS-8050),to determine ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in fresh sour papaya.The result showed that this method is simple,rapid and can accurately distinguish the retention time of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid isomers,also it is suitable for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sour papaya by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
