摘要

本文利用超高效液相色谱仪LC-30A和三重四级杆质谱仪LCMS-8050 联用仪,采用外标快速法,准确地测定新鲜酸木瓜中熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量.结果表明,该方法简单、快速,能够准确区分熊果酸和齐墩果酸同分异构体保留时间,适用于酸木瓜中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的液相色谱-串联质谱含量分析.

Abstract

This paper used ultra-high performance liquid chromatograph(LC-30A)and triple quadrupole mass spectrometer(LCMS-8050),to determine ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in fresh sour papaya.The result showed that this method is simple,rapid and can accurately distinguish the retention time of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid isomers,also it is suitable for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in sour papaya by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
