本文采用气相色谱法分析了食用油中脂肪酸组成,探讨了质量控制方法.通过对多种食用油样品进行实验可知,气相色谱法是一种高效、准确的分析方法,可以有效确定食用油中脂肪酸种类和含量.
Abstract
This article uses gas chromatography to analyze the fatty acid composition in edible oil and explores quality control methods.Through experiments on various edible oil samples,it is known that gas chromatography is an efficient and accurate analytical method that can effectively determine the types and contents of fatty acids in edible oil.
