Analysis of Detection Methods for Six Synthetic Colorants in Five Colored Glutinous Rice
This study used a high-performance liquid chromatography method to detect artificial synthetic colorants in the five colored glutinous rice,a characteristic food of Guangxi Zhuang ethnic group.The results indicate that this method is simple and time-saving,with high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be used to determine the synthetic colorants in five colored glutinous rice.
