出口粮食中杀虫剂残留含量测定研究

摘要
随着农业生产逐渐现代化,为保护粮食作物不受害虫侵害,农民普遍使用各种杀虫剂,而部分杀虫剂会残留于粮食中,对人体健康造成潜在风险.因此,对出口粮食中杀虫剂残留含量进行测定研究,对于保障粮食质量和食品安全具有重要意义.基于此,本文采用HPLC-MS,对大米中的抗蚜威、恶虫威等杀虫剂的残留量进行检测.结果显示,该方法准确可靠,可用于测定粮食中的杀虫剂残留.
Abstract
With the gradual modernization of agricultural production,in order to protect food crops from pests,farmers generally use various insecticides,and some insecticides will remain in the food,posing potential risks to human health.Therefore,studying the determination of pesticide residues in exported grains is of great significance for ensuring food quality and safety.Based on this,this article uses HPLC-MS to detect the residues of insecticides such as pirimicarb and imidacloprid in rice.The results show that this method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine pesticide residues in grains.
