Study on Determination of Pesticide Residues in Export Grain
With the gradual modernization of agricultural production,in order to protect food crops from pests,farmers generally use various insecticides,and some insecticides will remain in the food,posing potential risks to human health.Therefore,studying the determination of pesticide residues in exported grains is of great significance for ensuring food quality and safety.Based on this,this article uses HPLC-MS to detect the residues of insecticides such as pirimicarb and imidacloprid in rice.The results show that this method is accurate and reliable,and can be used to determine pesticide residues in grains.
