摘要
本文探讨了GB/T 38164-2019《常见畜禽动物源性成分检测方法 实时荧光PCR法》在肉类食品源性成分检测中鼠源性成分检测的可行性和适用性,旨在为动物源性成分的方法验证工作提供参考.结果表明,GB/T 38164-2019 的实验方法对大鼠具有较好的特异性,能够准确检测肉类食品中的大鼠鼠源性成分.然而,该标准方法在检测肉类食品中的鼠源性成分时,不具有适用性,需要进一步优化.
Abstract
This article explores the feasibility and applicability of GB/T 38164-2019"Real time Fluorescence PCR Method for Detection of Common Livestock and Poultry Animal Derived Ingredients"in the detection of mouse derived ingredients in meat food,aiming to provide reference for the method validation of animal derived ingredients.The results indicate that the experimental method of GB/T 38164-2019 has good specificity for rats and can accurately detect rat derived components in meat products.However,this standard method is not applicable for detecting mouse derived components in meat products and requires further optimization.
