摘要
本文比较了索氏抽提法与核磁共振法测定油菜籽含油量的准确度和精密度.结果表明,核磁共振法在油菜籽含油量测定中具有较好的准确度和精密度,与索氏抽提法差别较小,可以作为油菜籽含油量的快速测定法.
Abstract
This article compares the accuracy and precision of Soxhlet extraction method and nuclear magnetic resonance method in determining rapeseed oil content.The results show that nuclear magnetic resonance method has good accuracy and precision in determining rapeseed oil content,and the difference between Soxhlet extraction method and Soxhlet extraction method is small.It can be used as a rapid method for determining rapeseed oil content.
