摘要
本研究在贵州省内随机抽取市售散装白酒样品 432 份,采用GC-MS联用法,测定样品中的 16 种PAEs含量,旨在调查贵州省市售散装白酒中PAEs的污染状况.结果表明,贵州省市售散装白酒存在一定程度上的PAEs污染,需要相关部门加强监督管理,保障食品安全.
Abstract
In this study,432 samples of commercially available bulk white wines were randomly selected in Guizhou Province,and the contents of 16 PAEs in the samples were determined by GC-MS,aiming to investigate the contamination status of phthalate plasticizers(PAEs)in commercially available bulk white wines in Guizhou Province.The results showed that there was a certain degree of PAEs contamination in bulk white wines sold in the market in Guizhou Province,which needs to be strengthened by the relevant departments to supervise and manage and guarantee food safety.
