摘要
食品安全抽检作为食品安全管理的重要手段,抽检工作的质量将直接影响食品质量安全效果评价与相关政策制定.因此,本文基于海南省市场监督管理局关于 2020-2023 年食品安全抽检情况分析的通告,阐述了食品安全抽检及其在食品安全保障工作中的重要性,剖析了海南省食品抽检工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期为人民的食品安全保驾护航.
Abstract
As an important means of food safety management,the quality of food safety sampling work will directly affect the evaluation of food quality and safety effects and the formulation of relevant policies.Therefore,based on the notice from the Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on the analysis of food safety sampling from 2020 to 2023,this article elaborates on the importance of food safety sampling in food safety assurance work,analyzes the problems existing in food sampling work in Hainan Province,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to safeguard the food safety of the people.
