摘要
刮板输送机作为一种常用的粮食输送设备,以输送效率高、运行平稳、维护方便、适合多点卸料和多点喂料的特点,广泛用于筒仓间的散料输送,在粮食输送过程中起着非常重要的作用.刮板输送机在长期使用过程中,会出现刮板输送机链板的连接销轴脱落、卡簧松脱的现象,导致刮板链条断裂.本文尝试对刮板输送机的断链原因进行探究,针对一种双排链刮板输送机断链应激保护装置的应用效果进行分析,为刮板输送机的安全运行、保护装置的完善提供助力.
Abstract
As a commonly used grain transportation equipment,the scraper conveyor is widely used for bulk material transportation between silos due to its high conveying efficiency,smooth operation,convenient maintenance,and suitable for multi-point unloading and feeding.It plays a very important role in the grain transportation process.During long-term use,the scraper conveyor may experience the phenomenon of the connecting pin shaft of the scraper conveyor chain falling off and the locking spring loosening,leading to the breakage of the scraper chain.This article attempts to explore the causes of chain breakage in scraper conveyors,and analyzes the application effect of a double row chain scraper conveyor chain breakage stress protection device,providing assistance for the safe operation of scraper conveyors and the improvement of protection devices.
