根据国家针对海洋经济的政策和导向,分析了烟台海洋水产加工企业的发展现状及制约水产加工产业发展的瓶颈.根据国内外先进经验和相关政策,结合烟台市实际情况提出了在政策、行业、企业、科研院所等多层面促进产业创新发展的路径,为烟台市海洋水产加工产业创新发展提供参考.
Abstract
According to the national policy and guidance for the marine economy,the development status of Yantai's marine aquatic product processing enterprises and the bottlenecks restricting the development of the aquatic product processing industry were analyzed.Based on domestic and foreign advanced experience and relevant policies,combined with the actual situation of Yantai city,it proposes a mechanism path to promote the innovative development of the industry at multiple levels,such as policy,industry,enterprises,research institutes,etc.,so as to provide reference for the innovative development of marine aquatic processing industry in Yantai city.
