Analysis of the Infringement and Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests Caused by the Use of Pre-Made Dishes Without Notification
In recent years,the prepared dishes industry has been deeply integrated with rural revitalization and residents'lives,and has gradually become a new format and new driving force for China's economic development.With the prosperity and development of the prepared dishes industry,it has also brought many market chaos,which has brought many new challenges to the protection of consumer rights and interests.Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes consumers'acceptance and concern of prepared dishes,and further studies the influencing factors of prepared dishes on the protection of consumers'rights and interests in the catering industry.On this basis,it is proposed to achieve a balance between the high-quality development of the prepared dishes industry and the protection of consumer rights and interests through regulatory legislation,strengthening supervision,and promoting the establishment of a publicity system for the operation of prepared dishes in the catering field.
