虚拟仿真教学作为一种新型教学方法,突破了传统实践教学的局限性,弥补了真实实验面临的费时、费财、费力以及高危、高毒等问题,充分发挥了学生学习主动性,培养了学生综合运用知识能力和独立解决实际问题的能力.本文探讨了虚拟仿真实验在食品分析课程中的应用优势,从食品分析课程教学设计、实验教学过程与方法,探讨了虚拟仿真技术应用于食品分析实验教学的可行性和必要性.
The Application Research of Virtual Simulation Technology in Food Analysis Experiment Teaching
Virtual simulation teaching,as a new teaching method,breaks through the limitations of traditional practical teaching,compensates for the time-consuming,costly,labor-intensive,high-risk,and highly toxic problems faced by real experiments,fully unleashes students'learning initiative,and improves their ability to use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems and comprehensively apply knowledge.The application advantages of virtual simulation in food analysis were analyzed,and discusses the feasibility and necessity of the application of virtual simulation in the course of food analysis from the teaching design,the process and methods of experimental teaching.
