新形势下高校食品类专业实训安全状况的分析与对策

实验室安全事故一直是校园安全管理的重点和难点,而火灾、爆炸以及有害物质传播为实验室事故的主要诱因.作为理工类学科,食品类专业多开设以化学类为主,物理类为辅的实验.化学、物理实验极易引发火灾、爆炸等安全事故.同时,实训课是高职院校的重要学习形式,占比达到了总课时的 50%以上,因此实训安全的保障显得尤为重要.本文根据食品类专业的特点,对实验管理的安全问题展开分析和探讨,并制定了针对性的措施,为食品类专业实训的安全保障指明了新方向,保证了教学的有序进行.
Analysis and Countermeasures of Practical Training Safety of Food Specialty in Colleges and Universities Under the New Situation
Training room safety has always been the focus and difficulty of campus safety management.As a science and engineering discipline,food majors mostly set up experiments based on chemistry and supplemented by physics.Chemical and physical experiments can easily lead to fire,explosion and other safety accidents.The practical training is an important form of learning in higher vocational colleges,accounting for more than 50%of the total class hours,so the security of practical training is particularly important.By collecting relevant data and making arrangement chart,we can analyze the main reasons,secondary reasons and general reasons of practical training safety accidents in colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of food specialty,this paper analyzes and discusses the safety problems of experimental management,and formulates targeted measures,which points out a new direction for the safety guarantee of food specialty training and ensures the orderly progress of teaching.
