摘要
本文通过查阅文献结合实际工作经验,从人员、物料、仪器设备、环境、检测技术和方法、检测标准和规范等方面,全面探析食品检测准确性的相关影响因素,同时提出相应的解决措施与建议,以期为今后更好地开展食品检测工作提供参考.
Abstract
By reviewing the literature and combining with actual work experience,this article comprehensively analyzes the relevant factors affecting the accuracy of food testing from aspects such as personnel,materials,instruments and equipment,environment,testing technology and methods,testing standards and specifications,etc.At the same time,corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed,in order to provide reference value for better food testing work in the future.
