Research on the Modern Innovation Strategy of River Food Cooking Skills in Chunjiang,Changzhou
As an intangible cultural heritage of Changzhou,Changzhou Chunjiang river food cooking skills are an important embodiment of the lifestyle of riverside fishermen,with profound historical and cultural connotations and distinctive regional characteristics.However,with the pollution and destruction of the Yangtze River ecological environment,the development of the cultural and tourism industry,and changes in people's dietary habits,Changzhou Chunjiang river food cooking skills are also facing a serious dilemma of inheritance and innovation and development.Based on this,on the basis of analyzing the connotation of Changzhou Chunjiang river food cooking skills,this paper explores the modern innovation of Changzhou Chunjiang river food cooking skills from the aspects of ingredient selection and matching,cooking technology,dish types and flavors,aiming to improve the quality of Chunjiang river food,meet the personalized and diversified taste needs of modern consumers,and promote the inheritance and development of Changzhou Chunjiang river food cooking skills.
