Discussion on Quality Control Measures and Details of Edible Agricultural Products Inspection and Testing Results
This paper analyzes the current problems in the inspection and testing of food and agricultural products,such as lagging technology,non-standard process,and limited personnel capacity.It also proposes corresponding quality control measures for pre-test preparation,sample treatment,drug residue detection,instrument maintenance,environmental control,and data analysis.It emphasizes the importance of these measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food and agricultural products inspection and testing,and points out that system quality control plays a key role in improving the accuracy of test results and ensuring food safety.
