摘要
2 型糖尿病已经成为我国乃至全世界严重的公共卫生问题之一.生酮饮食因其特殊的营养结构,在减重、控血糖等方面具有一定作用,在糖尿病患者饮食管理中备受关注.本文简要介绍了生酮饮食的类型,探讨了生酮饮食防治 2 型糖尿病的作用及其机制,分析了生酮饮食的安全性.
Abstract
Type 2 diabetes has become one of the serious public health problems in China and even the world.Because of its special nutritional structure,the ketogenic diet plays a certain role in weight loss and blood sugar control,and has attracted much attention in the dietary management of diabetic patients.This article briefly introduces the types of ketogenic diets,discusses the role and mechanism of ketogenic diets in preventing and treating type 2 diabetes,and analyzes the safety of ketogenic diets.
