面对外包餐饮监管、校园外卖、预制菜进校园、校园食品安全事件网络舆情应对等高校食品安全新形势,中南财经政法大学率先落实"两个责任",构筑"全体系、全覆盖、全环节"食品安全管理体系,坚持统一采购、一套体系、一票否决,持续加强"源头严防、过程严管、风险严控",加大资源投入,不断提档升级硬件设施,加强队伍建设,稳步提升食品安全管理水平,引入专业的食品安全第三方检测服务,实现食品安全监管的专业化、规范化;加强食堂信息化建设,利用"互联网+明厨亮灶"餐饮监管平台,加强对食品安全事故的预警;加强食品安全教育,强化食品安全文化引领.多措并举,打造一流高校食品安全管理体系,具有一定的推广应用价值.
The Exploration and Practice of University Management in Response to the New Situation of Food Safety—Taking Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as an Example
Faced with the new situation of food safety in universities,such as outsourcing catering supervision,campus takeout,pre made dishes entering the campus,and online public opinion on campus food safety incidents,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law has taken the lead in implementing the"two responsibilities",building a"full system,full coverage,and full process"food safety management system,adhering to unified procurement,one system,and one veto,continuously strengthening"strict prevention at the source,process management,and risk control",and increasing resource investment,continuously upgrading hardware facilities,strengthening team building,steadily improving food safety management level,introducing professional third-party food safety testing services,and achieving professionalization and standardization of food safety supervision;strengthen the information construction of the canteen,use the catering supervision platform of"Internet plus + Bright Kitchen"to strengthen the early warning of food safety accidents;strengthen food safety education and strengthen the guidance of food safety culture.Taking multiple measures to build a first-class food safety management system in universities has certain promotion and application value.
