Development and Application of Proficiency Testing Samples of Cyclamate in Baijiu
In this project,proficiency testing samples were independently developed by adding different content of cyclamate into blank Baijiu matrix,which were used to organize the proficiency test.According to CNAS—GL003:2018,their homogeneity and stability were investigated by the third method(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry)in GB 5009.97-2016.The stability test includes short-term stability test(transportation stability)and long-term stability test.The samples that met the requirements of homogeneity and stability test were distributed to participants for ability verification,and the results were recovered and analyzed statistically.According to the evaluation principle,65 out of 71 participants were satisfactory,accounting for 91.55%;5 participants were not satisfied,accounting for 7.04%;one result was suspicious,accounting for 1.41%.The development and assessment application of this proficiency testing sample will help participants identify the differences between various laboratories,and find out the compliance and potential problems,then improve their management ability and technical level.
