Determination of 5 Kinds Additives in Complex Food by Solid Phase Extraction Combined with Liquid Chromatography
This article adopts the pre-treatment method of ProElut FA solid-phase extraction to establish a liquid chromatography detection method for simultaneous determination of acesulfame, saccharin sodium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and dehydroacetic acid in complex food matrices. The samples were extracted using water and phosphate buffer, purified using a ProElut FA solid-phase extraction column, and determined using a UV detector. The results showed that the five additives had good linearity in the range of 0.25~50.00 mg·L-1(correlation coefficient≥0.999 5).The limits of quantitation were 0.401~0.481 mg·kg-1,and the recoveries were 72.6%~109.0%.This method can effectively reduce the interference of impurities, improve the accuracy of quantitative detection, and reduce the loss of chromatographic column.
