固相萃取-液相色谱法同时测定复杂食品中的5种添加剂

本文采用ProElut FA固相萃取的前处理方式,建立了同时测定复杂食品基质中安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的液相色谱检测方法.样品采用水和磷酸盐缓冲液提取,ProElut FA固相萃取柱净化,紫外检测器测定.结果表明,5 种添加剂在 0.25~50.00 mg·L-1 线性良好(相关系数≥0.999 5),方法定量限为0.401~0.481 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为 72.6%~109.0%.本方法能有效减少杂质干扰,提高定量检测的准确度,减少色谱柱损耗.
Determination of 5 Kinds Additives in Complex Food by Solid Phase Extraction Combined with Liquid Chromatography
This article adopts the pre-treatment method of ProElut FA solid-phase extraction to establish a liquid chromatography detection method for simultaneous determination of acesulfame,saccharin sodium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,and dehydroacetic acid in complex food matrices.The samples were extracted using water and phosphate buffer,purified using a ProElut FA solid-phase extraction column,and determined using a UV detector.The results showed that the five additives had good linearity in the range of 0.25~50.00 mg·L-1(correlation coefficient≥0.999 5).The limits of quantitation were 0.401~0.481 mg·kg-1,and the recoveries were 72.6%~109.0%.This method can effectively reduce the interference of impurities,improve the accuracy of quantitative detection,and reduce the loss of chromatographic column.
