Study on the Determination of Naringin,Nobiletin,Hesperidin,Tangeretin and Synephrine in Xinhui Tangerine Peel by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry
Based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry,a method for simultaneous determination of naringin,nobiletin,hesperidin,tangeretin and synephrine in Xinhui tangerine peel was established.In this method,the linear range of naringin,nobiletin,tangeretin and synephrine was 25~1 000 μg·L-1,and the linear range of hesperidin was 100~2 000 μg·L-1.The linear coefficients were all>0.995,and the linearity was good.The verification showed that the method was simple and efficient,with high sensitivity and good accuracy,and could meet the detection requirements of related components in Xinhui tangerine peel.
