Determination of Clothianidin,Thiamethoxam and Imidacloprid In Fruit by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid in fruits by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:Clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid residues in the samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile solution,cleaned-up by QuEChERS,determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 2~200 ng·mL-1 with the recoveries of 89.2%~97.5%,the precision of 1.0%~6.1%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good stability and accuracy,and it can be used to determine clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid in fruits at the same time effectively.
