超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定水果中噻虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉的含量

目的:建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定水果中噻虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉含量的方法.方法:用 0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液超声提取试样中的噻虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉残留物,采用QuEChERS净化,超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱仪测定,外标法定量.结果:该方法在 2~200 ng·mL-1 浓度范围内线性关系好,回收率在89.2%~97.5%,精密度在 1.0%~6.1%.结论:方法具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、准确度高的优点,可以同时有效地测定水果中噻虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉的含量.
Determination of Clothianidin,Thiamethoxam and Imidacloprid In Fruit by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid in fruits by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:Clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid residues in the samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile solution,cleaned-up by QuEChERS,determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.Result:The method showed good linearity in the concentration range of 2~200 ng·mL-1 with the recoveries of 89.2%~97.5%,the precision of 1.0%~6.1%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good stability and accuracy,and it can be used to determine clothianidin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid in fruits at the same time effectively.
