Uncertainty Analysis of Methanol Content in Baijiu by Internal Standard Gas Chromatography
The content of methanol in Baijiu was determined by gas chromatography with internal standard method.By establishing a mathematical model,analyzing the sources of uncertainty during the experimental process,calculating the various uncertainty components that affect the detection results,and evaluating the combined and expanded uncertainties.The results showed that when the methanol content in Baijiu was 125.868 mg·L-1,the expanded uncertainty was 5.764 mg·L-1(k=2).
