Analysis of Risk Points in Food Management Based on Demonstration City Creation
Objective:By analyzing the risk points in the food business process of Suzhou in creating a national food safety demonstration city,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the self inspection of food business units and the supervision of local market supervision departments at all levels.Method:A field survey was conducted on 442 food business units,involving 7 major formats:convenience stores,food supermarkets,agricultural markets,small catering,catering service units,canteens in elderly care institutions,and canteens in medical institutions.Result:A total of 1 193 problems were found in the food management process,with supermarkets and convenience stores having a higher number of problems and catering service units having a lower number of problems.Conclusion:The overall food safety situation of food business process in Suzhou is good,but there are still certain food safety risks in some business and some food business units,which need to face up to the risk points and solve them,and continuously promote the modernization of the food safety governance capacity and governance system in Suzhou to guarantee the safety of people's tongues.
