Analysis and Countermeasures of Interference Factors in the Atomic Absorption Spectrum Detection Method of Heavy Metals in Food
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry is an important technique for detecting heavy metals in food, but its analytical process is subject to various interferences, including physical, chemical, and instrumental factors. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of these interference factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures, including optimizing instrument parameters, adopting advanced sample pretreatment technologies, and applying new techniques such as flow injection analysis, microwave digestion, and high-resolution continuous source atomic absorption spectrometry. The implementation of these strategies can effectively reduce interferences and improve the accuracy and sensitivity of detection, providing strong technical support for food safety monitoring.
