摘要
合理的温度控制、包装密封性、运输环节的管理和人员培训等因素对速冻食品质量具有重要影响.因此,本文分析了冷链管理在速冻食品生产中的应用,提出了相关优化措施,旨在降低速冻食品在生产与运输过程中的质量损失,以供参考.
Abstract
Reasonable temperature control,packaging sealing,transportation management,and personnel training have important impacts on the quality of frozen food.Therefore,this article analyzes the application of cold chain management in the production of frozen food and proposes relevant optimization measures,aiming to reduce the quality loss of frozen food during production and transportation,for reference.
