Abstract
As an advanced analytical technique,potentiometric titration has broad application prospects in food safety testing.Based on this,this article introduces the basic principle,instrument equipment,analysis steps of potentiometric titration,as well as its application in the field of food safety,aiming to provide useful references for research and practice in the field of food safety.
