Abstract
In the actual food inspection process,in order to carry out experimental work more efficiently and accurately,experimental institutions usually use standard methods and non-standard methods,so it is very important to verify and confirm the method.This paper analyzes the difference between method validation and method validation,and the importance of the two for reference.
