气相色谱仪系统组成结构复杂,子系统较多,故障定位及排障难度较大,需要相关人员不断从维护保养工作中总结经验,以缩短故障解决时间,提高排障效率.基于此,本文分析了气相色谱仪在检测农药残留时灵敏度低的原因,并提出相应的解决办法,旨在提高仪器灵敏度的同时保障检测结果的准确性.
Analysis of the Reasons and Solutions for the Low Sensitivity of Gas Chromatographs in the Determination of Pesticides
The composition and structure of the gas chromatograph system are complex,with many subsystems,making fault localization and troubleshooting difficult.Relevant personnel need to continuously summarize their experience from maintenance work to shorten the time for fault resolution and improve troubleshooting efficiency.Based on this,this article analyzes the reasons and solutions for the low sensitivity of gas chromatographs in detecting pesticide residues,and proposes corresponding solutions to improve instrument sensitivity and ensure the accuracy of detection results.
