Spectral technology has the characteristics of non-contact,non-destructive,fast and accurate,and is widely used in the field of food quality testing.Therefore,this article introduces the basic principles and classifications of spectroscopic technology,explores its specific applications in various aspects such as fruit and vegetable quality detection,meat freshness evaluation,food biological pollution detection,and food additive detection,aiming to ensure food safety.
