当前,我国食品冷链物流面临成本高、效率低、货损率高等挑战,对食品企业的经济效益和消费者饮食安全构成了潜在威胁.为了优化食品冷链物流管理,本文提出了优化物流路线、提升物流效率、降低物流成本等策略,旨在推动食品行业的可持续发展.
Abstract
Currently,China's food cold chain logistics face challenges such as high costs,low efficiency,and high damage rates,posing a potential threat to the economic benefits of food enterprises and consumer food safety.In order to optimize the management of food cold chain logistics,this article proposes strategies such as optimizing logistics routes,improving logistics efficiency,and reducing logistics costs,aiming to promote the sustainable development of the food industry.
