With the widespread application of antioxidants in industries such as food,medicine,animal husbandry,and beauty and skincare,people are paying more and more attention to the safety of antioxidants.Based on this,this article reviews the mechanism of action of antioxidants and their application research in food,medicine,animal husbandry,and beauty and skincare products,and evaluates their safety for reference.
