Analysis of the Construction and Optimization of Food Production Safety Risk Management System
At present,there are certain limitations in the identification and assessment methods for food production safety risks,and relevant departments need to make personalized adjustments based on the actual situation of food types,production environments,etc.Therefore,this article establishes a risk management system that includes risk identification,risk assessment,risk control,and risk communication,aiming to improve the level of food safety and reduce food safety accidents.
