Extraction and Determination of Polyphenols in Macadamia Nut Oil
This study used petroleum ether,cyclohexane,n-hexane,and 80%ethanol as extractants to sequentially extract polyphenols from Macadamia nut oil.The content of polyphenols in different extractants was studied to analyze the content and antioxidant effect of polyphenols in different polar extractants of Macadamia nut oil,providing reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Macadamia nut oil.
