Study on the Influence of Sample Status and Storage Conditions of Agricultural Nut Products on the Detection Results of Aflatoxin B1
This study aims to evaluate the effects of sample storage temperature, time, and condition on the detection of aflatoxin B1 by culturing positive samples of nuts and conducting sampling tests at different temperatures, particle states, and storage times. The results showed that the content of aflatoxin B1 in positive samples significantly increased under 30℃conditions,and the detection concentration of positive samples remained basically unchanged under storage conditions of 0~4℃and-18℃;The particle state of the sample has a significant impact on the detection results, and the content of aflatoxin B1 in the crushed sample increases more significantly.
