可食动物产品中抗生素残留量测定研究

随着畜禽养殖业的快速发展,抗生素被广泛应用于畜禽饲料中,以预防和治疗动物疾病.然而,抗生素残留不仅会导致耐药性的增加影响动物体健康,也会对人类健康造成危害.因此,对可食动物产品中抗生素残留量进行准确测定,对于保障食品安全和人体健康具有重要意义.基于此,本文采用HPLC-MS法,检测了鸡肉中的氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考等抗生素的残留量.结果表明,该方法测定的结果可靠,且符合标准方法要求.
Study on the Determination of Antibiotic Residues in Edible Animal Products
With the rapid development of animal husbandry,antibiotics are widely used in animal feed to prevent and treat animal diseases.However,antibiotic residues not only increase drug resistance and affect animal health,but also pose a threat to human health.Therefore,accurate determination of antibiotic residues in edible animal products is of great significance for ensuring food safety and human health.Based on this,this article uses HPLC-MS method to detect the residual levels of antibiotics such as chloramphenicol,thiamethoxazole,and flufenicol in chicken.The results indicate that the method is reliable and meets the requirements of the standard method.
