Study on the Determination of Antibiotic Residues in Edible Animal Products
With the rapid development of animal husbandry, antibiotics are widely used in animal feed to prevent and treat animal diseases. However, antibiotic residues not only increase drug resistance and affect animal health, but also pose a threat to human health. Therefore, accurate determination of antibiotic residues in edible animal products is of great significance for ensuring food safety and human health.Based on this, this article uses HPLC-MS method to detect the residual levels of antibiotics such as chloramphenicol, thiamethoxazole, and flufenicol in chicken. The results indicate that the method is reliable and meets the requirements of the standard method.
