摘要
本研究按照(JJF1059.12-2012)《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立数学模型,评价了QuEChERS-液质联用法测定豇豆中噻虫嗪残留的不确定度.结果表明,此方法测定的结果准确稳定,可以为检验检测实验室提供参考.
Abstract
This study established a mathematical model in accordance with(JJF1059.12-2012)"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty"and evaluated the uncertainty of QuEChERS liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of thiamethoxam residues in cowpeas.The results indicate that the results obtained by this method are accurate and stable,and can provide reference for testing laboratories.
