Analysis of Uncertainty in the Determination of Thiamethoxam Residues in Cowpeas by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS
This study established a mathematical model in accordance with(JJF1059.12-2012)"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty"and evaluated the uncertainty of QuEChERS liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of thiamethoxam residues in cowpeas.The results indicate that the results obtained by this method are accurate and stable,and can provide reference for testing laboratories.
