摘要
随着人们生活品质的提高,食品安全越来越受到人们的重视.近年来,纸质包装产品的需求量迅猛增长,特别是一次性纸质餐具,纸餐具中重金属污染问题也受到了广泛的关注.本文从纸质餐具中重金属的来源、迁移、危害、检测技术、污染情况和预防措施 5 个方面进行综述,以期为纸质餐具中重金属检测的进一步发展提供参考.
Abstract
As the improvement of people's quality of life,food safety is attracting more and more attention.In recent years,the demand for paper-based packaging products has grown rapidly,especially for disposable paper tableware,the contamination of heavy metals in paper tableware has also received widespread attention.This paper reviews five aspects of heavy metals in paper tableware:sources,migration,hazards,detection techniques,contamination and preventive measures,in order to provide a reference for the further development of heavy metal detection in paper tableware.
