高职食品专业群"1+X"证书制度背景下科教融汇现状与突破路径研究

本文分析了"1+X"证书制度背景下,当前高职食品专业群科教融汇面临的科研平台搭建、优化教学资源、教师团队培育与人才培养模式等问题,并提出通过构建科教融汇资源共享机制、优化职业教育课程教学资源、加强新"双师型"教师培育以及建立教学科研协同育人机制四大手段,促进职业教育"1+X"证书制度与人才培养、科研创新与产业升级相互融通,增强职业教育适应性,实现培养创新型高水平技术技能人才的目标.
Research on the Current Situation and Breakthrough Path of Science and Education Integration Under the Background of"1+X"Certificate System for Higher Vocational Food Professional Group
Under the background of"1+X"certificate system,this paper analyzes the problems of scientific research platform construction,optimization of teaching resources,teacher team cultivation and personnel training mode faced by the integration of food major in higher vocational colleges.It is proposed that the"1+X"certificate system of vocational education should be integrated with personnel training,scientific research innovation and industrial upgrading,and the adaptability of vocational education should be enhanced by constructing a mechanism for integrating science and education resources,optimizing the teaching resources of vocational education courses,strengthening the cultivation of new"dual teachers"and establishing a mechanism for collaborative teaching and research education,to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with innovative and high-level technical skills.
