With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have been generally improved,and more and more attention has been paid to food safety issues.Food safety problems not only affect people's lives and health,but also are not conducive to the stable development of the normal order of the social market.In recent years,China has increased the supervision and management of food production enterprises,and many enterprises that do not meet the requirements of food production have been punished and cracked down on.In this process,there are a series of problems such as the person in charge of the enterprise does not pay attention to food safety,the product design is unreasonable,the production process control is not strict,the product monitoring and measurement is not rigorous,and the personnel management is not in place.Based on this,the paper expounds the importance of quality management of food production enterprises,analyzes the existing problems of quality management of food production enterprises,and puts forward some effective measures,hoping to provide reference for relevant people.
