Exploration on Modular Teaching Reform of Functional Food Course
Modular teaching is not only beneficial for students to adapt to the constantly evolving job requirements and master relevant skills;It is also beneficial for teachers to improve teaching efficiency,enhance professional competence and research ability.Based on this,modular teaching in the teaching of functional food courses was explored.Firstly,content selection is based on job requirements.Secondly,modular courses are constructed to cultivate students'practical and independent learning abilities through modular teaching.
