摘要
模块化教学不仅有利于学生适应不断发展的岗位任职需要,掌握相关技能;还有利于教师提高教学效率,提升专业素养和研究能力.基于此,探索了功能性食品课程教学中的模块化教学.首先依据岗位需求进行内容选取,其次建设模块化课程,通过模块化教学,培养学生的实践能力和独立学习能力.
Abstract
Modular teaching is not only beneficial for students to adapt to the constantly evolving job requirements and master relevant skills;It is also beneficial for teachers to improve teaching efficiency,enhance professional competence and research ability.Based on this,modular teaching in the teaching of functional food courses was explored.Firstly,content selection is based on job requirements.Secondly,modular courses are constructed to cultivate students'practical and independent learning abilities through modular teaching.
