职业培训是实现"全民终身学习"的主要推手,个性化数字资源的建设是职业培训的重要构成部分.本文以基层食品安全监管人员的培训为例,通过构建岗位知识图谱、引入"问题导向学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)"教学模式,简述了通过个性化学习路径设计和分层教学,构建以学习者为中心的培训模式,为优质职业培训数字资源的建设提供了可行的方案.
The Construction of Personalized Vocational Training Digital Resources for Food Safety Supervision
Vocational training plays a crucial role in fostering a"lifelong learning society".The development of personalized digital resources is a vital component of vocational training.Taking the training of grassroots food safety supervisors as an example,this paper briefly describes the construction of a learner-centered training model through personalized learning path design and hierarchical teaching by constructing a post knowledge map and introducing the"Problem-Based Learning"teaching model,which provides a feasible solution for the construction of high-quality vocational training digital resources.
