The Research and Practice on the Training of Vocational Education Talents with a Higher Education Background—Taking Cooking as an Example
The integrated design of vocational education is the foundation of modern vocational education,and the connection between middle and high schools is an inevitable way.In this paper,from the aspects of student source,talent cultivation,curriculum design,etc.,combined with market demand and student employment,this paper explores the specific problems of culinary major in the connection education between middle and high school,focuses on talent cultivation positioning,conforms to the development of the times,and proposes specific solutions and approaches for integrated talent cultivation.
