Study on Detection Methods of Antibiotic Residues in Food
This article analyzes the current situation of antibiotic residue detection in food and finds that traditional methods have certain limitations in identifying antibiotic diversity and detecting trace amounts. It proposes strategies such as multi spectral detection technology and limit detection threshold mining to effectively improve the accuracy and universality of antibiotic residue detection in food;the use of advanced technologies such as liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, microextraction technology, and biosensors is expected to achieve comprehensive screening of complex and diverse antibiotics, precise trace detection, and simple and efficient sample pretreatment. At the same time, promoting easy-to-use and low-cost on-site rapid detection technology will help improve the efficiency of grassroots food safety supervision and the level of antibiotic residue prevention and control.
