摘要
为提高灌装生产质量控制水平、稳定产品质量,本文对白酒灌装生产所有工序进行划分和分析,得到各个工序可能存在的外在质量问题和内在质量问题,并制定了针对性的防控措施,提出了加强来料检验、做好个人卫生、落实质量责任、推行首件必检以及加强过程监管等质量控制措施,可有效提升产品质量水平,杜绝批量质量事故.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality control level of filling production and stabilize the product quality,this paper divides and analyzes all the processes of liquor filling production,obtains the possible external quality problems and internal quality problems in each process,and formulates targeted prevention and control measures.Quality control measures such as strengthening incoming inspection,doing a good job in personal hygiene,implementing quality responsibility,implementing the first inspection and strengthening process supervision can effectively improve product quality and eliminate batch quality accidents.
