Cultivating High Vocational College Students'Low Carbon Healthy Eating Behaviors Based on New Dietary Guidelines
To achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 is the solemn commitment of the Chinese government to the united nations.Focusing on the goal of"double carbon",this paper introduces the main characteristics of the new version the dietary guidelines from the revision process of the Chinese Dietary Guidelines for Residents,and expounds six specific methods to cultivate college students'low-carbon healthy dietary behavior by combining the carbon emission coefficient of 13 common foods.The six behaviors are enjoy a varied and well-balanced diet;exercise every day,and maintain low-carbon transportation;have a mount of vegetables,fruits,dairy,and soybeans;eat moderate amounts of fish,poultry,eggs and lean meats;limit foods high in salt and cooking oil,drink adequate amounts of water;serve individual portions,and reduce food waste.
