Analysis of Mycotoxin Pollution in Newly Harvested Wheat in Liaocheng City in 2023
In order to understand the pollution of deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in wheat during the new harvest period in Liaocheng city in 2023,a total of 284 newly harvested wheat samples were collected.The liquid chromatography method was used to detect the mycotoxin situation,and the judgment and analysis were conducted according to the GB 2761-2017.The results showed that the detection rates of deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in newly harvested wheat were 85.6%and 0%,respectively,and the exceeding rates were 1.4%and 0%,respectively.It indicates that newly harvested wheat in Liaocheng city is commonly contaminated with fungal toxins,among which the pollution of deoxynivalenol is more severe,exceeding the standard limit,which needs to be taken seriously by relevant departments.
