Research on the Causes and Countermeasures of Food Safety Issues in the Food Industry Chain
With the growth of market economy and the significant improvement of national economic level,food safety has become the material basis for ensuring the health and life safety of the people.However,in the current society,the food safety problem in the food industry chain is still very serious,which seriously restricts the social and economic development of China.This paper analyzes the problems of source pollution,market supervision and circulation terminal in the food industry chain,and discusses the causes of these problems.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of government supervision mechanism,strengthening the construction of food safety legal system,and strengthening the publicity of food safety,so as to provide reference for the government and relevant departments to formulate relevant policies.
